General warranty terms:

1. The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase of the product.
2. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, abuse, falls, or floods.
3. The warranty does not apply if the product has been opened or repaired by an unauthorized service provider.
4. The seller will repair or replace the product, at the seller's discretion, if a defect in materials or manufacturing is found.
5. The warranty applies only to the product and does not include transport or labor costs.
6. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or aesthetic damage that occurs during use or transport.
7. The seller may refuse a warranty claim if the buyer has not used the product in an appropriate manner.
8. The warranty on all computer parts is voided in case of overclocking (raising the functionality of components above the factory-set functionality) of any component!
   
   

Warranty terms for used graphics cards:

1. The graphics card is sold in the condition it is in, as a used product, already tested and verified on our systems and tools.
2. The seller reduces the warranty on the graphics card to 6 months from the date of sale, after which the warranty ceases to be valid for the graphics card.
3. The seller reserves the right to decide whether to repair, replace, or refund the amount paid by the buyer for the product/graphics card.
4. The warranty does not apply if the product has been opened or repaired by an unauthorized service provider.
5. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, abuse, falls, or floods.
